Alright I really didn't want to write this..but I'm holding myself accountable! I went on vacation with my parents and I was REALLY good at first. Key word being "at first." Near the end of the trip things got really hectic and I ended up straying from Atkins here and there. I only gained back 2 pounds but now all my cravings are back again. I knew better than to do this and I thought I was stronger after doing this for 6 months now. I guess I was wrong! What should I do to get back on track? Has anyone else done this and figured out how to stop the cravings faster. I don't want to backslide after all of my progress. I'm so disappointed in myself-- but I realize this is a lifestyle change and that at some point I am going to eat a hamburger with bread or a piece of pie. It's just keeping it to an every now and then thing and not every excuse you can make thing. Ok thanks for listening to the rant!

Re: help!
Oh dear. I think going back to induction for a bit till you get those craving under control probably would be the best thing to do at this point. Don't be too hard on yourself. You learned something important. Time to move on. It is a long journey.

Re: help!
I agree with Liv...do induction again until you are in ketosis and the cravings pass - perhaps you'll even lose those extra 2 pounds as well.Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009
