Sorry I sounded confusing
I add the protein powders because I don't like the taste of the syrups. Allot of folks add just the syrups for sweetness. I wish I could find a syrup that I liked. It'd be less calories and protein but they all taste to bitter for me.

) . I've been adding flax seed and coconut oil in to get some good fats that I don't think I can hide in anywhere else. I started looking at numbers today and it looks like with everything I put in (a couple tbsp cream, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 Tblsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tblsp flax, 1 tblsp coconut oil, and 3 eggs) I'm pushing like 40 grams of fat and I'm guesstimating ~ 6 grams of carbs. Does that seem like too much for breakfast/1 meal alone?
