Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I usually get to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. My "routine" consists of
10 mins on bike
10 mins on cross trainer
10 mins on the stepper
30 mins on the walk/treadmil
10 mins of weights
15 mins running
It works for me, i guess there is no set routine you should be doing...i'm really getting into running so i think i'm going to up the running a little bit more
I love it when i meet my own personal goals, an extra 5 mins on the treadmil or doing more reps with weights
its great fun

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I do weights 2-3 times a week, and cardio 6 days a week (every day except Saturday). The cardio is either (a) 45 minutes on the Cybex elliptical; (b) 30 minutes of Stairmaster (fitness routine) or (30) 30 minutes of HIIT on the Stairmaster. I mostly do (c) as I find it gives me the best workout in the shortest amount of time.- M/37

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I just started exercising at home...too embarrassed to go to the gym...and am taking advantage of the Wii Fit as well as some free weights. I try to get in at least 4 days a week, but life has a tendency to get in the way. On those occasions, I try to fit in some bag work where my daughter works.

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I run probably three mornings a week. I do a lot of yoga. I love the classes. I do some strength training (lifting, abs, pus-ups, squats). I would say probably around an hour a day. But at least one free day a week - maybe two.

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I walk, do The Firm, and use my elliptical.
I walk 30-40 minutes twice per day.
Firm Cardio 1-2 times a week (45 minutes each)
Firm Cardio/Sculpt 2 times a week (60 minutes each)
Firm Sculpt 1 time per week (35-40 minutes each)
Elliptical is random...whenever I feel like it.
BreeSkipping alcohol rung
Skipping beans rung
Extremely limited rung 9 when I get there. Maybe once a week.

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I cycle 17 miles/hour for 20 minutes 5 or 6 days per week. I walk with a friend at lunch most weekdays. Recently I've been trading walking 3miles for the cycling 2 days/week. This summer I'm going to add swimming/kayaking and hope to add in more walking (I'm planning to get a puppy next month
)

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
I walk 4-6 miles about 4 times a week.
lift weights for 45 mins 2-3 times a week
pilates twice a week.
Then I sometimes also do swimming water aerobics or something else on top of these basics.

Re: What's your exercise routine like?
Here's my routine -
Monday - 1 hour body pump, 1 hour walk with the dog
Tuesday - 1 hour spinning class, 1 hour walk with the dog
Wednesday - 1 hour body pump class, 1 hour walk with the dog
Thursday - 1 hour walk with the dog, 15 minutes abs class, 45 minutes Zumba
Friday - 1 hour body pump, 1 hour walk with dog
Saturday - 1 hour walk with dog
Sunday - 1 hour body combat class (if I wake up in time!) and 1 hour walk with dog
Now that is nice out I can add cycling, and during the summer I go to the gym less but spend more time being active with my kids.
I was doing yoga almost every day as well but I broke my toe and can't put any pressure on it yet, and I found I needed my toe for at least half the postures I do.
I'm one of those people that love to exercise
