  • Can I drink milk in induction?

    Not sure if I totally missed it when I was reading the stickies or not and my DANDR book wont arrive until Friday (pfft!)... but is milk allowed?

    So I mean... can I have a cuppa decaff tea with Splenda n milk? Or is that a big naughty?

    So sorry, total newbie.. lol

    The only dairy allowed on Induction is cream, butter and cheese.

    This should be in the "What Foods Can I eat during Induction " in the FAQ forum. If it isn't, contact any of the administrators or moderators so we can check the thread to make sure it hasn't been erased.

        Your tea will taste much better with the double cream (heavy whipping cream) that you are allowed on induction. Yum!

          Now that's a very good point! I've never had cream in tea before lol... this diet change seems so sinful, I *love* it!

            I know. And you'll still lose weight doing it. It is absolutely insane.
