  • The new Spenda lightly flavored sweetener

    Hi Guys,

First I am not sure if i am posting my question at the right place...Still trying to navigate the website tools and options.

But anyway, I just wanted to make sure that it was ok for me to use the new splenda sticks to flavor water during the induction phase. Not sure if you guys have seen it yet but I found it yesterday at HarrisTeeter by the Jello and baking section.

The ingeredients are: Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Natural flavors, Citric Acid and sucralose.

This new falvored sweetner come in Raspberry and lemon flavor. The carbs content is less that 1 gram.

Also i bought the knox unssweetened and unflavored jello. Any friendly induction Jello recipes? Please share.

    Thank you so much!!

Sorry - Dextrose is just another word for sugar. Also, the minimum is 64oz PLAIN water - nothing added.
