Re: Is it possible to lose 5 pounds overnight
Yes, it's possible, but I doubt it's 5lbs of fat. Probably a combination of water/fat. Did you weigh yourself exactly the same way/time yesterday? One of the theories I have is that certain scales are not very accurate in the 5lb range, so what we sometimes might think is a "whoosh" from our body really is more a function of the scale's sensitivity (or lack thereof). But, don't despair, if I'm correct, then you were 197 ish for the last few days; your scale finally registered it. Metabolically, you can't lose 5lbs of fat overnight. Either way, congrats on hitting Onderland!- M/37

Re: Is it possible to lose 5 pounds overnight
Our bodies fluctuate in weight from day to day & even hour to hour. Its really best to weigh a maximum of once a week - and a lot of people say not to weigh until the end of induction (2 weeks).Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009
