:capital After regaining 25 pounds I have decided to come back. Somewhere around November I starting getting dizzy spells and palpatations and other symptoms. My doctor said it was likely hypoglycemia (although we couldn't seem to catch it on the labs). He said to add an apple a day.
It started with an apple and then I started dipping them in caramel, grabbing sugar or bread whenever I felt bad and blaming it on low blood sugar. Christmas didn't help.
Anyway, I have decided to go back onto Atkins. I'm on day two and my ketostix are positive. I feet great, really great. Today I was cooking ahead my meals and my egg mock muffins, it was all very familiar and welcome. I also got the burst of energy today that I forgot was a part of Atkins.This time I'm trying to be better about exercise.
