  • Feeling smaller

I've noticed something lately. Since I've been back on this WOE I've really not lost that much. Maybe about 18 lbs, but the strangest thing has started to happen. I actually FEEL smaller. I've noticed that I can wear stuff easier now too. Stuff that I couldn't really wear last summer I can put on and have it actually be comfortable. There are a few pairs of "unmentionables" that I couldn't wear that I can now. The last time around for me I lost a bunch very fast but didn't seem to loose that many inches. I guess I've lost inches this time but not as many lbs. I'm just happy to be feeling better and have better control of blood sugar now. I know my diabetic educator will be pleased with my 14 day average when I see her next Friday.
The last time I saw her was the day I started back on this WOE. My average was 240 now it's 128!! It's no wonder I feel so much better....
