    Definitely.
"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark in the hopeless swaps of the not-quite, the not-yet, and the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. It exists.. it is real.. it is possible.. it is yours."

Since I need to start showing up at the gym before long ... need the weight machines and more variety than I can get at home now ... I sure would be interested. I probably don't have much to contribute at this point, but could benefit from reading what others have to say, I'm sure.

wow ... I mean a real forum ... like another board just for that stuff ....

It seems that we have quite a bit of interest here so I will set it up probably tonight.

I also started a social group on here for the same topic:

Definitely a great idea. So many people are clueless as to how to lift and what the benefits are.

After some thought, I like weightliftingfitness.com better. Megaweightlifting seems more like a hard core testosterone driven site.
