        I can't remember where (and it's driving me crazy), but I feel like I recently read something about anxiety about weight loss slowing the process. Or maybe I'm just making this up?? Did anyone else read this? Anyway, I am going to do my best to not worry about my stall, and just enjoy my new clothes. I might even be able to limit my scale checks to five a day!!

            Well, thats certainly true for me, but I don't know if it is the stress per se...more likely the comfort foods to alleviate the stress. I am still working on finding alternative comfort measures. LOL

                  How very true... stress will slow my weight loss to nearly a screeching halt. I think my body just goes straight to survival mode and tries to hang onto every single calorie it can... relax and get enough good sleep and voila I'm off and losing again.
