    You're all so funny! I love this thread. This is silly, but I want to be an inspiration to my friends and family. Almost none of them need to lose weight, but they all have goals they'd like to accomplish, and if I can do this, they can stop smoking, go for that dream job, etc. And I think losing this weight inspires me, too.
    Also, my husband is so physically beautiful and I want to feel pretty on his arm.

      Just some silly ideas for me:

      - Go to the community pool in a bikini
      - Go to the beach and parade around in a bikini
      - Get married, because right now I'm putting off setting a date because I just don't want my special day to be tainted by my weight
      - kinda contradictory, but start trying for a baby! I refuse to until I've lost weight, and have maintained enough to not gain too much weight while pregnant.

        Alright, I can come up with a big list but I'll keep it real short.

        I would LOVE to go snowboarding and rollerblading.

        Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
        April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
        Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
        1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
        2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
        3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
        4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
        5th major goal met - My 1 yr. Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day
        Current weight – 184 lbs.
        Goal weight - 150 – 160

          Steph ~ I completely understand about the baby point. People think that I am crazy wanting to lose weight in order to get pregnant. I want to create the healthiest environment possible to carry a child.

          Another goal of mine is to just feel comfortable in what I am wearing. I do not want to have to suck in everytime I walk by another person.

          Oh, and a collarbone. I want it to show.

            Fun thread! I've got a dress that I used to wear and LOVE. Its probably a size 10 or so. That will be the first thing to return to my life when I get close to goal. And I've never owned a bikini so that will HAVE to happen when I reach goal. I can't wait!

              I want to take a flight without having to squeeze my butt into the seat...

              I want to ride a roller coaster and fit without concern that the safety bar will latch... and without worrying if I make the car too heavy...

              I want to walk between the rows of my students without worrying about pulling papers to the floor that might linger too close to the edge of their desk...

              I want to go dancing and not get winded with the first song...

              I want to shop for clothes that don't have multiple X's or the letter W on the size label... I want to shop in the misses section of the store...

              I want to wear high heels again... and be fabulous, not frumpy...

              I want to genuflect at Mass without having to pull myself up hanging onto the back of the pew...

              I want to sit in auditorium seating with colleagues and not be self-conscious if the person next to me has enough room...

                I want to not cringe every time I see my thighs in a mirror.
                I want to wear shorts (I haven't worn them since my teens and now I am menopausal)
                I want to get on a plane and not worry of it is one of the ones with short seatbelts.
                I want to wear something in fashion as opposed to the stuff in the tent department.
                I want to see definition in my muscles and the six pack that I know is under there even now but is hidden---buried treasure.
                I want to be the same size as my friends when we take girls day out photos, instead of being the big one hiding in the back row.
                I want to do 10 chin ups and 20 man style push ups on my own.

                    I want to stay away from sugar FOREVER
                    I want to wear a bikini!
                    I want to go on a cruise (or some other great vacation that I've avoided because of my weight)
                    I want to go shopping for new clothes!
                    I want to run a 5k!
