      That's okay. I am actually losing weight without those lovely foods instead of stalling with them so I think I can get over the pain quickly!

        Cauliflower - roasted, as mock mashed potatoes, with cheeset.

        Rhubarb - My absolute fav..I grow it in my garden (just picked a bunch on Friday!) or buy frozen when out of season. I love to cook it down in a bit of water but only until it's cooked a bit still with chunks in it. for a desert i add splenda and unflavoured gelatin to thicken/set. in owl it's also great with yogurt.

        brussel sprouts steamed then tossed with butter and garlic

        spinach - not a big fan, but find I don't mind it cooked into a quiche or 'squares' with eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon etc. easy way to get it into my diet.

          Great answers..I think I have to try the cooked and mashed cauliflower. I eat it raw now.
