    Calling All Featherweights!

    If you're trying to get to the absolute peak of your own physical health, or are in the homestretch trying to lose the last 20-30 lbs, this is the place for you.

    Daily check-in to keep motivated and accountable when every little thing counts.

    Let's share inspiration to keep each other going!

    ~~~
    Me:
    Starting Wt: 68.5 kgs.
    Goal for the end of June: 65 kgs.
    Ultimate Goal for the end of August: 55 kgs.
    It'll take hard work and dedication, but I want to do it just to prove to myself that it can be done.
    My goals for June:
    Yoga every day
    3-5 L of water every day.
    Check in here (and STAC) at least 2-3x a week. (keeps me accountable)
    Let's go, featherweights!
    Re: Featherweight Check-In/Accountability
    I don't know that I can check in every day (my computer broke so I'm relying upon the kindness of others until I can get a new one!), but I was pleased to see that I lost about half a pound as of this morning.
    Ideally I have 3.5 more pounds to go before I feel as though I really accomplished what I wanted. Unfortunately, my body is losing these last pounds very slowly. I am going about at least a week in between even an ounce of weight loss. It was more fun when the scale was lower every single morning.
      Way to GO, LageNomAi!!! (so rewarding!) It is discouraging when the scale doesn't move consistently, but at least it's still moving in the right direction.
      Stay strong!
        What a great idea to start a special support thread for those nearing their goal weights
        Don't forget to move on to OWL in time to be ready for the maintenance phase once you reach your goal weight! Staying on induction when you do not have a lot of weight to lose often seems to be counterproductive from what some members post.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
        Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
        Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
              YAY!!!
              Well I am half way to goal and as determined as ever! I have stepped up my exercise this week - 2 x 1.5 hr workouts and 2 x 1 hour workouts and am feeling good!
              I am going to a wedding in Tuscany on 9 July and want to lose as much as possible before that time - it's great motivation!!
              Good luck everyone xx
                Good for you, Zarabelle! What great motivation.
                ~~~
                I clocked in at 67 kgs (about 147.4lbs) I'm averaging my weight over the week and this week I'm hoping to average in at 67 kgs. This is my lowest set weight. If I'm going to go any lower I'm really must buckle down and track everything. Am just kind of grazing now, but will be more disciplined next week, when the goal is go average in at 66 kgs... We shall see!
