Hi.. I want to thank each one of you for your support for my son. I weighed him this am in his underwear after the bathroom. He is at 237.5. His dad said he weighted 242.. o.. well.. this is a new healthometer.. digital.. 20 dollars.. I compared it to my older scale.. it seems to be about 2 lbs off.. we will use the digital. He recorded his weight. He had his eggs.. bacon with real butter and water for breakfast. For lunch at his camp... homemade chicken salad with mayo.. celery sticks... 5 small cheese cubes of cheddar.. pork rinds.. two bottles of water(it is 6 hours a day , camp) and two hard boiled eggs. now the camp.. will have heathly choices snacks.. which included smoothies.. a huge no no. They, the teachers, were great.. they set aside his pork rinds for snack. I am better prepared for tomorrow.. I have his snack bag.. labelled and his lunch bag labelled... he also will have a diet soda.. with splenda instead of the smoothie... pork rinds... and celery with blue cheese dressing to dip along with the pork rinds for snack. Tonight he did well.. had a cup of greens with cucumbers.. blue cheese dressing.. a thick hamburger pattie with saute'd mushrooms.. more water.. then.. an hour walk... boy.. o boy... lots of work... but worth it... will keep you posted..
