    Welcome! If it makes you feel any better, I've been doing well for about a month+ now, but have hit a wall in the past few days because I'm premenstrual. I'm still going to the bathroom constantly from all of my water intake, but I can tell I'm bloated. The scale tells me so as well: I've gained three pounds in the past few days and I've done nothing different.

    I'm expecting a drop once the bloating ends... or at least hoping!

      Jenasassy - I'm right there with you. TOM is here and the scale is up even though I've been a good girl and am drinking my water like crazy. I think someone told me once to wait until a week afterwards to weigh to get a clear picture of 'where things stand'. Trying to be patient but it's hard!

        mayo, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado are all fats that will up your content. If you post your food into fitday, you should shoot for about 65% of your calories from fat during Induction. (this will drop as you climb the rungs) cheeses, roll ups and things have a lot of sodium so even though you are peeing I expect that TOM and the sodium are meesing with your numbers. Dr. A advises you to wait till day 14 to eight for a reason--you can drive yourself muts in the meantime if you weigh daily.
