Hello,

Am a newbie here and new to Atkins diet, barely 3 months on it. A friend referred me to this forum and I enjoy hanging out on boards, hope to meet and greet everyone here!

I see from your profile info that you are still on induction - how much weight are you looking to lose in total and how is your weightloss going?

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
