Hi ive been on atkins for 3 weeks now and i've lost 25 pounds. I have read the book, up to OWL but decided to keep on induction since i have alot more weight to lose. 1 thing i am confused about is the sugar. i know i am not to have more than 20 carbs a day, and i know most needs to come from veggies. My appetite has changed dramtically being on atkins and i find it hard sometimes to eat more than 1 meal a day, so sometimes i cant get the veggies i need, but that leaves me way below the 20 carb limit. stall my weight lose? Again, i cant always get the veggies i need due just to not being hungry, so im curious if limited amount of sugar would cause issues.
