    Hi I'm BetEboop!!!!!

    I love this site and have lurked on it all day long.

    Just thought I'd let everyone know that I am here and ready to get started on my new WOE.

    Today is my first day and so far I've done okay.

    I'm coming off a very low cal, no fat, no slat, no fruit, no sugar, no flavor diet that worked my last nerve

    I am currently 267. My highest was 285. I am married with two children and live in NC.

    I'm tired of being fat and am ready to be healthy.

        Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit

                    I look forward to sharing my successes with you.

                    I have made it through day 1. Which for me is an amazing feat in and of itself.

                    And, I'm half way through day 2 and doing fine.
