    Lori's Snickerdoodle cookies

I got this recipe from Linda Sue's site, and had my boyfriend make them for me, because I don't/can't bake. I just wanted to share with you how absolutely delicious they were! They are made with almond flour - *sings* sooo yummy!

I had four of them the first night (overkill, I know). I've since then learned that they're buttery enough for me to be satisfied with just one.

They supposedly have 3 grams per serving (but it doesn't say what a serving it - i guess i can do the math). Kudos to Lori for the recipe, and Linda Sue for sharing the wealth!!

They sound great for adding when you reach the 3rd rung of OWL
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
