Re: Homemade low carb bread.
Flour isn't allowed until Rung 3 (nut rung) - and that would be almond or coconut flour. During induction bread is not on the acceptable food list. If you need something "like" bread you can try revolution rolls: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
If you follow any recipes make sure you are using Induction recipes since you are on induction.

Re: Homemade low carb bread.
I do make a bread in my bread machine but yes it is because I am on rung 9 and the grains and stuff I add are only allowed on that rung.
Revolution Rolls are a very good suggestion. Try those out.

Re: Homemade low carb bread.
How about some spinach bread, I haven't tried it yet but others say it is good. Here is the recipe
Spinach Bread
Butter for greasing baking dish
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed and drained
4 large eggs - beaten
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter an 8x8 glass baking dish.
Mix together spinach, eggs, garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes until mixture is set.
Allow to cool slightly. Cut into 4 squares.
Use spatula to remove squares from pan.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
Variation: To make a whole loaf of this bread, triple the ingredients and pour into well buttered loaf pan. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. A whole loaf will yield 12 slices. Use what you need and ; wrap well and freeze extra slices or loaves.

Re: Homemade low carb bread.
I make a very basic flax bred:
4 eggs
1tblsp baking powder
1 tblsp olive oil
3 tblsp flax
mix in a glass pan and microwave for 5.5 minutes
makes about 6 servings
1 tblsp of Flax is allowed in induction so this keeps you under that recomendation
