I am on day 6 of my induction and two nights I drank clean rum on the rocks chased by either Sprite Zero or water/lemon juice/Spenda and was wondering if I screwed up the diet by doing this?
Second question, I had a massive craving for something sweet so I mixed a cup of heavy cream with a packet of splenda and drank it as a "shake," is this bad to do on this diet? Thanks ahead of time.
According to the scale I lost five pounds so far.

-off everybody on this board? If you drink rum Monday and Tuesday nights, there are better and frankly more helpful forums you should post on. People here are succeeding at becoming healthy, and aesthetically pleasing in their own eyes and society's as a whole. The majority are committed to undo the psychological and physiological barriers that have injured their self esteems through the years. These guys and gals are getting healthy and way surpassing and achieving goals that they thought were only possible in another life or whatever. They are disciplined. Discipline is the magic ingredient in achieving all your dreams and goals.
