Is there a minimum amount of net carbs and protein to be consumed during induction?

not really, there is a maximum amount of carbs, 20, and you are to eat plenty of protein and liberal fat. Really the easiest way is just to pattern your menus after the sample induction menus, and you'll be fine. Have a protein with each meal, plenty of oils or butter for cooking or dressing, (if your meats are leans especially) and get your 3 cups of veggies from the lists. But while no, there is no stated minimum, it is important not to undereat, that will just slow your metabolism. You still need fuel, you are just changing your main fuel source from carbs to fat (mainly your own).

thank you! my problem seems to be too many veggies - not enough protein & fat. Trying to get it all worked out!
