  • Hello, I'm new!!

    Hello everyone,
    I just came across this board by accident. I've decided to get back on good ole Atkins after a year off. I've had some health problems and just had surgery in February. Now it's time to get back on track!!

    I don't know how to do siggy's on this board!! urplequ:

    If you have a lot of weight to loose you might want to check out the Centure Club at



    It is also a good idea to post a few daily menues on Review My Menu to make sure you are not making any mistakes. Include portion sizes and all ingredients you use.

          Thank you for the warm welcome!

          I am brand new to this board and have been away from low carbing for a year and it shows!! I had such success with Atkins in 97 and lost so much weight and kept it off for many years. I then had a breast reduction in November of 03 and they found cancer. I have been on an emotional roller coaster for a year and just had a masectomy and the beginning of reconstruction this February. My weight is out of control and I am now at 180 beginning today after being around 132 at my best.

          I am starting all over basically today so here goes!! I have been married to the same man for almost 25 years and have have two sons, one a freshman in college and a 14 year old 8th grader. I work full time and have been at the same place for 21 years! I have two dogs--a miniature dachsund and a mutt!

          Anyway, please wish me luck at I begin this journey again.
