  • My trainer is on board

    I told my trainer what my doctor said about doing Atkins and he is now on board with me!!! I couldn't believe it...first finding a doctor that doesn't knock Atkins and now my trainer. So now I have full support of all the people in my life. What a wonderful feeling!!

    For all of you that don't know about what my doctor said, I have it posted on my Journal.

      I know. I found it very hard to keep what I was doing from him. One thing I can't do is lie to a persons face because I look so guilty in my face. So when he asked me today if I was following the meal plan I just looked at him and shook my head "No". He was shocked because I'm very compulsive when I start something and I like to see it to the end, but when I told him everything he didn't tell me I was crazy, he agreed with my doctor. It's nice to find people that have a open mind and doesn't just automatically berate you for not doing it THEIR way.
