  • What to do with all this energy....

So those of you who are skeptical about the energy burst you get after the induction flu be skeptical no longer. Only thing is I've done so much today that would normally wear me out and put me down for a nap. I'm now looking for something else to do.

Yesterday after only having six hours of sleep I got up and went to the gym for resistance training then came home and was on my feet until 7:30 pm canning 6 batches of jam. I went to bed last night at 11:30. This morning I had a bit of a lay in. Not because i was tired because when I was awake I was AWAKE. Normally it takes me 15-20 minutes to fully wake and then i'm still irritable. Not today. I got up had my breakfast played on my computer a bit then began cleaning. And when i say cleaning I mean pulling out everything from the shelves in my kitchen, throwing old stuff out, wiping them out and completely reorganizing them. When I was done I reorganized my counter tops to utilize the space to the best of my ability. I then started in my dining room which has become a bit of a catch all room. Now it looks like something I would be proud to have someone see. I even changed a light bulb that has been blown for about a week. (and no it didn't take more than one.). I'm seriously considering mowing my lawn again. This is suppose to be my rest day but I have so much energy I don't feel like sitting still.

Well have a great day everyone... stay legal.... and keep up the good work!!
