    Not liking water? First thing in the morning before you've drank anything, do some vigorous cardio for a few minutes (jog up 6-7 flights in a hot stairwell). When you're done, you'll be so dehydrated that chilled water will seem like one of the best damn things you've ever tasted. After you've chugged that morning glass, just focus on getting in small sips every 10-15 minutes throughout the day- don't worry about the number of ounces, they'll come naturally once you get in the habit.

    Also, the best tasting water imo is Fiji (too expensive) followed by filtered pitchers like Pur and Brita.
