Why on Earth to you want them to shrink? Joking. Remember there is no such thing as spot reducing. Most of it is genetic. But breasts are adipose tissue and they will shrink in time. Ahhh, what a waste .....

Go to User CP. In the panel on the left, under "Networking", click on "Group Membership". More forums will appear... select "Mens Forum"... and from here it's easy. It might take a while for your request to be approved as this is done manually.

I wish I could tell you what you want to hear! Who am I kidding? No, I don't!! My former giant bras got loose quick. I decided it was time for a new bra wardrobe. I was sure I noticed a lot of shrinkage, in the mirror and in the cups. Went to the store and I'd lost 4 inches in the band but couldn't believe I couldn't squeeze into D cups. I went from 42 DD to 38 DD. I still can't believe it. I "think" they're smaller but the shopping trip couldn't back up my thoughts! I think you have to look at the other women in your family to predict your booby fate. When I weighed this weight MANY years ago, (oh sheesh, I was 15 but fully grown and before childbirth) I wore a 36 C. It's strange, I was sure the girls would downsize but, no.

Mine sure are shrinking! I was "busting out" of a 40DDD and so far with 45 lbs gone I'm in a 36DD. The difference between a DDD and a DD doesn't seem so big, but my mirror shows otherwise. Other than my face, it's the next thing most people have commented on. Hoping to get back down to a 34D, which is what I used to wear before gaining all my weight.

I used to be 38dd and now 36b, but my husband calls me an ironing board to get me annoyed but i like my size goes well with my figure.I have never done exercises to reduce the size its the weightloss that shrinked them.

How funny. My husband has already said he's buying me new ones. I'd rather look like a 10 yr old boy for a change. It sure would be nice not to hurt all the time.

I have officially lost 50 pounds today. I only went from a 40 DDD to a 36 DD. I'm actually going to look into a reduction if the other 20 pounds I want to lose don't include at least one more cup size.

I have to say, this is one of the most funniest threads I have read in quite some time!

I too like some of the other women here have lost alot in my chest. However it isn't my biggest loss section.. I have lost 13in. in my waist, 11.5in. in my hips followed by 9in. in my chest. The strange part though, is that my under carriage hasn't lost near as much. It may be more of a loss than I realize though, as I didn't take the measurements for that area until I had been doing Atkins for almost 2 months approx. So I can only say for sure that I have lost roughly 3-4 in. in that area.

It's amazing how weight loss can happen everywhere! I have lost almost 3in. in my neck! LOL.. That's just crazy!

I also feel like my breasts have deflated, and I should go try on some new bra's. I want to fit nicely back into my C36's. My dh also said I could have a boob job done when I had hit the 60lb loss mark! LOL.. I don't know.. I think it's kind of scary. I still have 40lbs to lose, so we'll see as I lose more if I may change my mind?
