FINALLY I'm doing the atkins diet right!
It took alot for me to understand it but I understand it now and from the past 2 weeks ive lost 5 kilos!
Someone on here told me I was having to much meat, they were correct ofcourse so now I make sure I eat ALOT of fat (abit sickening, but so worth it) and only one serving of meat a day.
=] Im addicted to fitday and im eating the right amounts of everything!
Its so weird, before, when I was gaining I was eating aleast 400 cals less than I am now.
And now I can easily wake up at 6:30 in the morning and do 45 minutes exercise =]
Im so happy =D thanks everyone for helping me understand this.
Its really hard for me cause everyone else around me can eat whatever whenever and not gain a thing >_> teenagers right?
And with all the eating disorders ive been through it gets in your head that calories are everything and that 'weak' feeling is your friend
