  • Back for good this time....

    I know I posted a little while ago saying we were back... but that evening we fell off again. Today, we are back. The kitchen is FULL of Atkins friendly food, there are NO cheat foods in this house! This morning was bacon and eggs, for lunch will be chicken and a small cup of salad, dinner will be cornish hen.

    We are looking forward to feeling better, we have really taken a turn for the worse health wise since falling off the wagon... I am worried that I may be diabetic now. Hopefully Atkins will reverse it if I am and things will get better!

    I hope I am welcome back... again .... thanks!

    Mini goal #1 - 196 - 10% of the old me gone Met 6/30/09!!!
    Mini goal #2 - 185 - BMI - no longer obese Met 12/23/09!!!
    Mini goal #3 - 174 - 20% of the old me gone
    Mini goal #4 - 154 - BMI no longer overweight

                    I am still here, going good, although today we both ate a little too much veggies... we ordered a salad while out to dinner, it was huge! We were hungry though, we skipped lunch because we were working. Anyway, still plugging along, tomorrow should be better!
