    I hate veggies too... Well actually I love corn, peas, lima beans, carrots, basically all the ones I can't have

    I do like cucumber, raw tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, cole slaw, and celery. Don't like cooked veggies, so I pretty much only have salads for my veggies and then eat the other stuff. My carbs were generally around 15 to 17 per day. Now that I'm on the fruit rung, I get to have strawberries and that puts the carbs up higher... Just eat what you can... Sticking to the diet is a lot easier when you actually like what you are eating

      Our labels here in UK list the figures per 100 mls (6.76 tablespoons) and the unflavoured oils I have all are listed as being 0.0 carbs.
