  • It took 6 weeks to lose ONE POUND!

But I finally broke through the stall I have been in and met my first mini goal! Thank goodness. I had to up my cardio to do it but a hard hitting elliptical on Monday and Spinning class yesterday was what I needed to finally break that barrier. I have been waiting for that last pound to drop since early MAY!

Thanks. The waiting stinks but after so many months of doing this at least now I know I can hold out longer than my fat! LOL

You know it is so great to know that someone is going through the same thing Chinadoll, its been about my fourth week, i can't get down any further. I am dropping my carbs by 5g to see if that helps now(find my CCLL). You must be such a determined person. Great you saw it through.
