  • When you're sick...

    I feel nauseated today...and have no desire to eat.

    What do you all do when you feel sick?

    All I want to do is sip water....lay in bed and fold laundry. I have absolutleky no desire for food, and feel like if I eat....I'll puke my guts out.

        I'm on extended induction, and have been on atkins for just over a month now.

        My stomach hurts and I have absolutely no desire for food.

        Just wanting to know what everyone personally does while they get sick on Atkins...

          I have had this a few times. I have tried to eat small portions when possible and find it passes in a day or two and then I feel fine again. I think it's to do with ketosis. x
