I threw in a bunch of frozen berries, 3 small packets of splenda and half a cup of warm water. It was delicious! My kids loved them too.

Re: smoothies!
Glad you liked it.
Just a bit a warning for everyone who want to try. I know we are all different. But I know that for me that would not be a drink I could have. It would be way too sugary and I would feel a spike. So for a berry drink to work (for me) I add things like cream or whey or tofu or coconut oil. That way I have protein/fats with my berries and I can enjoy them.
(BTW berries are rung 4 food)

Re: smoothies!
I added the rung thing for other people's benefit really since this forum has a wide readership.
So how do you freeze your berries (or perhasp you buy frozen). I froze some strawberries but when I tried them in the blender the blender did not like the big frozen lump. I think I may have to freeze them differently.
I love berries.

Re: smoothies!
When I freeze the larger berries I spread them out so they are not touching and freeze them that way. Then put plastic wrap between layers when I pack them into containers.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: smoothies!
I don't think the ones I make are very calorie dense. Most of the smoothie is crushed ice I think.
