For shrinking arms..

Ive been doing the wii active and it comes with a resitant band.. ive noticed in the week and a half ive been working out with them my arms look more toned.. just thought i share this cause my arms felt like they would never shrink.. also my boobs are a lil more perkier!..

Do you use the resistance band that came with it? I find it too 'soft' or easy. I tried to use weights but it was impossible to hold the nunchucks at the same time lol.

I saw at walmart a company has come out with weights that the contols fit into! the only come in one size though..5lbs.

i'm going to look for another resistance band.

i have the one i started out with and then i tied it closer so its more of a shorter band it worked alot better.. ..
