  • NEED HELP PLEASE!!! Day Three

    Hello Everyone...

    Hope all is well... I am on my third day, I have lost 5 pounds but have started feeling weak, tired, shaky, nervious, dizzy and plan yuk,,, felt overly full, couldn't eat anything felt as though my blood sugar was low... heart beating fast... ect... I felt like I needed to eat some carbs so I could get the feeling to stop... I didn't do it... but I finally was able to get my lunch down... has anybody ever felt like this? what is the best thing to do to prevent those kinds of feelings? I really want to stay with this but I need some help on this... There was a seperate time this evening when my stomach felt as though it was really empty like I was starving this time... but I had just eaten somehting about hour before... felt stuffed but same sort of sensations as early today... went away after I ate something... is there anything I can do? It was a bit scary... Tell me about your experiences...

    Maybe your blood sugar dropped. It is important to eat frequent meals.
    Also around day 3 induction flu will set in. I settled down in bed with a book when it hit me.

      It will pass in a couple of days and then you will probably start feeling MUCH better than before you started Atkins. Keep your food and fat intake up and wait it out. It's called withdrawl and shows you how deep your sugar addition has gone.
