Hello Everyone, Hope all is well...
I am sorry if I am way off on these questions but I guess I am a little anxious about my body not having many carbs and that it can actually function well on a Ketogentic Metabolism instead of the other...
I am on day four and started to change the keto sticks to a dark pink red color... Help me understand... once I start buring fat for fuel (Lipolisis) my body produces the Ketones... then my body automatically uses the Ketones to produce glucose giving my body energy and my body will automatically regulate my blood sugar levels at normal and healthy levels? Is this correct?
If so once I am in Lipolisis and producing Ketones is there ever a chance that my blood sugar can drop to dangerously low levels due to the low carbs I am eating? or if I am not producing enough Ketones at any given time? Do I ever need to keep carbs or sugar around just incase my blood sugar drops do to not enough carbs or Ketones in my system? or will my body regulate that process and I don't have to worry about that process any more?
Please try and clear this up for me so I sleep better at night... So far so good I have lost 7.5 pounds... is that to much to fast? or am I right on? thanks for your help... by the way I am losing more weight with 1200 more calories than I had before I started losing weight... amazing...
Thank you "SLIM QUEST"
