So I am using fitday and i really enjoy it. My question is that it posts my carbohydrates as over 25 but the dietary fiber i eat is around 8-10 grams. Am I supposed to subtract the dietary fiber to get my true carb intake?
I'm on day five of induction and am feeling pretty good as i just got over the jittery and tired stage.
