  • Father's DAy Aktins early supper

    hi.. All... after Church.. my son did not slip away and grab a danish.. his dad kept an eye on him... So.. they came over for a lunch... grilled salmon with olive oil and real butter wrapped in foil on the grill.. yummy.. a lobster tail... 3 grams of carbs per 14 oz... the tail was 14oz... 4 burgers.. plainly made.. salad greens.. cucumbers, a pinch of grated cheddar over top.. blue cheese dressing.. cup of freshly steam broccolli... my son... ate... the lobster tail with real butter.. a portion of salmon.. 1/2 cup salad.. 1/2 broccolli and a small hamburger patty...he had no breakfast.. We are Greek Orthodox and he took communion which means a fast before breakfast. Now.. for dinner.. he will have some steamed shrimp...that is it... very light.. and then for our walk... seems like alot of food... but it was small portions... it was soo tasty.. Lia..
    LiaHello, I am an autism advocate. I urge you to take care of your immune system as vaccines have heavy metals that will damage your brain and nervous system. GREEN OUR VACCINES... take the toxins out of the vaccines. 1 in 150 children are diagnosed with autism and the numbers are increasing.         how is your son doing on the plan? It sounds like you had a wonderful Father's Day!! Doesn't seem like you are watching what you're eating does it...LOL!!! Keep up the great work - all of you!!
