Hello everyone, 
I wanted to find out if any one else is having this challenge... Since I started tracking my food on FitDay.com I came to realize that when it comes to Vita-nutrients I may be over doing it on many levels in my diet... This does not even take into account the Multi-vitamin, cal, mag, fish oil, and vit C... Are these toxic levels? do I need to worry about them? I have always taken these other vitamins and eaten a whole lot worse than I am now and I have never had any problems... I figured with drinking 100 ounces plus of water each day that alot of these will be flushed out... but maybe not... I don't now... If you know someone that knows more about this sort of thing please let me know... thanks SLIMQUEST
