Hey, i am not new to atkins, done it 6 years ago and lost lots of weight, however gained it back as i did not maintain it, tried several times after that no luck.

i now need to loose weight in 3/4 weeks for the wedding and have been prescibed reductil. i just wanted to know if anyone has tried this with atkins for fast results
