  • Well...update

    Hi:

    I weighed myself this morning before cardio. I used two methods to check my body fat%. Here are the results:

    Height: 71", weight:229 lb.

    Jackson-Pollock 3:
    Body fat: 17.2%
    Lean Body mass: 189.6 lb.
    This method tells me I'm carrying 39.4 lb of fat.

    Jackson-Pollock 4:
    Body fat: 18.6%
    Lean Body Mass: 186.5 lb.
    This method states that I'm carrying 42.5 lb of fat.

    I'll probably reach my goal (10-12% body fat) sometime in the latter half of September...Cheez...I missed prime-time beach season here in "sunny" Miami...

    I humbly thank the Man upstairs and the moderators and contributors on this forum that have made my goal much easier than expected.

    "Hey! Not2late...should I post my new workout routine, weights, volume and frequency I'm currently using? The last one I posted was on the wimpy side.... LOL"
