So this I thought I'd make my first post a public service announcement for newbies who may not be making progress. I've been on the diet 3 months and only lost 5-6 pounds. I've been reading posts about getting enough water every day. I found them kinda pointless and silly...Food is what matters after all right? I thought I've been drinking enough water..probably 80-90ish ounces per day..however I weighed 260..so this probably wasn't enough. I finally decided to see if extra water made a difference and decided to force it down..so I bought a few gallons of spring water from wal-mart for .82 cents each and forced myself to drink one per day (130 ounces)
BOOOOM!! 5 pounds came off in less than a week.
So the lesson? If you hit a stall, DRINK! All these posts you see about water aren't BS. It really works.
