  • DAY #1 is ending gradually (Induction)

    hi there

although ..i did cheat a bit ... had little tea . as i was feeling very sleepy .

im just keeping my fingers crossed ..that im able to do it .

it feels so good to browse the albums of those.."before & after" pics.

The only thing im dreading is , that my parents are going to criticize this diet..& im visiting them next week for ten days.

The good part of the visit is I'l join a gym out there & so probably il be less heavy.

Also ..im thinking of buying a treadmill ... so do you guys think its a good investment ?

PS>>(TMI> im having AF so is it ok to work out ?_)

    hugs

    April

April, don't buy a treadmill unless you have worked out on one for awhile and know you love it enough to stick with it for a long time. I finally invested in an elliptical after using one for four years. I tried different models, looked for the features I wanted and was dead sure before investing in one. Gym machines are too expensive for you to make a mistake a and if you buy the cheap ones you get what you pay for so really be sure. A lot of gyms now are offering deals so it is a good time to become a gym rat and really find what you like and will stick with long term.

There is nothing wrong with having tea... it is on the allowed list of liquids...

If you think your parents are going to criticize your diet, don't tell them about it...

I have a treadmill that I rarely use... after a month or so it drives me nuts. I prefer walking outside where I can see new things...

        Don't know what AF is...
