it will take a couple days to get back to where you were but get back on plan with your food tomorrow. Next time don't drink the beer - you'll be able to once you get up the rungs to the one that allows alcohol.
Climb back on the wagon today and hold on. You slipped up. Its over. Today is a new day.

It sucks when this happens just don't dwell on it, K? We tend to beat ourselves up over this stuff and make things worse. promise you won't do that.
