Just looked over my 2 week introduction and reviewed my weight loss numbers and my carb counts for the day... and really noticed a couple of things and wanted to see if there is some "science" behind them.
First week I lost the most, 9.2 lbs...
Second week I lost .2 (had actually lost 1lb, but with TOM equaled to .2lbs)
Total Introduction lost is 9.4 lbs
Somethings...
1st week had lemonade everyday almost (3TBSP lemon juice and 2 packets splenda) also had cauliflower everyday almost for lunch, it is one of Linda's recipes that is like a casserole and I love it.. I doubled the cauliflower and think I ate about 9 carbs from it per serving. (I believe this is more then allowed on introduction, but I'll be fine since I'm moving up).... summary lemonade and enough carbs (closer to the 20 grams daily)
2nd week, no lemonade except 1 day, also didn't do well with veggies.. had some, but not alot and my percentages were okay, but it seemed overal food intack was a little low and like I said really missed on some of the veggies...
I had thought it was TOM and thought it could be my B/C pills, but now that I really analize it, it seems my body NEEDS/MEANING HAS TO HAVE a certain amount of carbs to loose weight, is this possible? Also I always read that lemon juice burns fat, but does it really work?
