    This may be stupid question, but here goes Iam new to the Forum this week & Iam I supposed to check~in on a new page each night or keep adding to the 1st page that I started on July 1st with my daily water amounts???

    I have been adding to the 1st page that I started!!!

    Please advise & Thanking You in Advance!!!

    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

        What are you trying to do? Are you joining the water challenge or just keeping track of your own water intake?

          As far as I know joined on the 1st when I posted my daily goal & 1st day's amounts on the challenge post with everyone else. Its on my post stats when I look it up!!! I have been going back & adding to that page, is that wrong & I should be posting a new page each day???

            Just post a new message on the thread each day (or I believe its ok to wait and do a few days at a time).

            So, for example, today I would just click reply and write
            July 4~120

            If I missed yesterday I would put
            July 3~120
            July 4~120

            Then Carole, who takes good care of us, keeps track of our totals.

                  I have been tracking your water intake daily -- I'm the one who runs the challenge and keep the totals --- once a week I post the totals. Just go to the last page daily and put your totals in and the date so I know which day you're talking about.
