  • NEed HELP! stalled and need new menu

Can anyone help me out with a sure thing menu.

If anyone can have a look at this current menu and change it to how they think it will work better I can give it a go.
I started at 14.9 stone. I am 13.12 stone and been that for a couple of weeks.

Please I live in the uk, dont make a menu based on thigns found on USA soil, keep it simple as I eat mostly homemade food all cooked from scratch.

I would like to have the exact diet reccomended by experts, can you find the time to help me?

Ive been on induction for 4 weeks and have lost 11 pounds. I have been training a lot also maybe have gained muscle, but I want to make sure its not the diet affecting the whole speed.

HEres the current menu as a guideline for you all, do with it as you want

    good luck and thanks

    typical days diet,

    breakfast....

    glass of water
    2 boiled eggs
    2 peices of bacon

    lunch....

3 sausages mixed with salad and feta cheese
    (few small cubes maybe 10)

or salad mixed with chicken 2 wings skin included and 1 leg

2 litres of still water mineral

    pre dinner snacks....

peppers with stuffed cream cheese (3-5)
small portion of cheese maybe 1 gram
sun blushed tomatos 3-5 small wedges
    4-8 sausages
    2 tablespoons of mayo
few slices of very thin seranno ham, (curred ham)
    2 litres of sparkling water

    dinner
    one of these

200 grams of salmon with garlic
    200 grams of pork
    200 grams of chicken
    200 grams of steak
    200 grams of gammon

1-2 cups of veggies usually 1

I would suggest that with having lost over 25% of the 40 pounds oyu want to lose you might be better moving to OWL now rather than hanging round on induction any longer.

Adding more veg often kick-starts people's weightloss progress and it is time you started to find your CCLL (which with all that exercising is probably much higher than 20) and see if any foods affect you adversely.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Have you checked to make sure there isn't sugar in the ham or bacon?

I agree with Elizellen -- it's time to move on to OWL and start adding foods back. I stayed on extended induction to long and stopped loosing -- when I added the additional 5 net carbs of veggies my weight loss started again.

just for your information this is what a stall or plateau is:

Plateau or stall = 4 consecutive weeks without weight loss or loss of inches.

so your body may be catching up with the weight you have lost this far but you aren't technically "stalled". I still believe moving to OWL is that you should do.
