    A multivitamin is the minimum. If you need additional vitamins/minerals, it's best to discuss the issue with your doctor. A blood test will tell how much you need of what.

    All I'm taking now is a multivitamin without iron.

      Two more essentials. Vitamin D and fish oil. Both are anti-inflammatory and will help you lose weight. Plus they are essential for preventing heart disease, cancer and dementia.
