Thanks, I was in a nutritional class last night as part of my biggest loser challenge and the leaders have been heavily pushing the herbalife shakes and bars. All have quite allot of sugar in them. Anyway she wanted me to try their tea mix and I told her I couldn't because it had sugar in them. She said she didn't think so so I showed her Fructose powder. She said oh that's different. I stores differently in your body then sugar does. I didn't want to start a thing so I just let it go and then I thought I'd come on here just to make sure. After all she's an "expert"
