i know we arent supposed to go 6 hours without eating, but im not hungry and have no appatite.. So, should i just schedule my meals and eat when im not even hungry?

The book says you should not skip meals OR go more than 6 hours without eating. So even if you are not hungry for a meal after 6 hours, you should still eat a small fat/protein snack with part of your carbs (because the carbs have to be spread throughout the day)."Get action. Your body needs fuel so yes if it has been six hours you should eat something. It doesn't have to be a large meal but eating will keep you from being really hungry later and eating something you shouldn't eat.
